Your privacy is important to Internal Creative. This statement describes the information practices for Internal Creative web sites, including what type of information is gathered and tracked, how the information is used, and with whom the information is shared. As described below, this statement also applies to your offline interactions with Internal Creative, such as when you purchase products and services, or provide information to Internal Creative at a trade show or other event. Though based in United States, Internal Creative provides its' products and services globally. Our data management practices are implemented worldwide to assure your personal information is appropriately protected. Internal Creative self-certifies its adherence to the European Union's Safe Harbor Principles with the United States Department of Commerce. What Information We Collect
This Privacy Statement applies to all information collected by or submitted to Internal Creative (or carefully selected third parties acting on Internal Creative's behalf), including personal information. "Personal information" is data that reasonably can be used to identify or describe an individual. Internal Creative collects personal information when:

• you register products online;
• you request support for a Internal Creative product;
• you request free software downloads;
• you create a user account (login user name and password);
• you register for webcasts, seminars or conferences;
• you request information or materials ;
• you participate in surveys and evaluations;
• you participate in promotions, contests or giveaways;

• you submit questions or comments to us.

Internal Creative also collects personal information from individuals (with their consent) at conventions, trade shows and expositions including (but are not limited to):

• your telephone number;
• for job applicants, your educational background, employment experience, and job interest;
• any other identifier that permits Internal Creative to make physical or online contact with you;
• any information that Internal Creative collects online from you and maintains in association with your
account, such as: (a) your Internal Creative username, (b) your Internal Creative password, and/or (c) your credit card account information.

Use of Your Personal Information
Internal Creative collects and uses your personal information to operate and improve our website and deliver the services or carry out the transactions you have requested. These uses may include providing you with more effective customer service; making the sites or services easier to use by eliminating the need for you to repeatedly enter the same information; performing research and analysis aimed at improving our products, services and technologies; and displaying content and advertising that are customized to your interests and preferences.

We also use your personal information to communicate with you. We may send certain mandatory service communications such as welcome letters, billing reminders, information on technical service issues, and security announcements. Some Internal Creative services may send periodic letters that are considered part of the service. We may also contact you to inform you of other products or services available from Internal Creative and its affiliates.

Internal Creative will not sell, rent or lease your personal information to others. Internal Creative shares personal information with companies working on our behalf and Internal Creative-owned business entities. Some Internal Creative services may be co-branded and offered in conjunction with another company. If you register for or use such services, both Internal Creative and the other company may receive information collected as part of the co-branded services.

In some cases Internal Creative uses contractors to collect, use, analyze and otherwise process information on its behalf. It is Internal Creative's practice to require such suppliers to handle information in a manner consistent with Internal Creative's policies. Internal Creative may also allow carefully selected Internal Creative partners to participate in limited marketing campaigns solely to promote Internal Creative's products and services to you.

If you request something from an Internal Creative web site (for example, a product or service, a callback, or specific marketing materials), we will use the information you provide to fulfill your request. To help us do this, we may share information with others, such as Internal Creative's business partners, financial institutions, shipping companies, and postal or government authorities (e.g., Customs authorities) involved in fulfillment. We recognize industry standards and employ security safeguards to protect information from unauthorized access and misuse. We use the most accurate and current information you provide in order to process your request. Furthermore, whenever you transmit sensitive information, such as credit card information, to us through our web site, we provide you access to our secure server that allows encryption across the Internet. Browsers offer varying degrees of security, particularly in regard to encryption. Even the same version of a browser can come with different levels of encryption. For your protection, make sure your browser is set and configured to support Secure Socket Layer (SSL) 2.0/3.0 and employs 128-bit encryption. All acceptable browsers do provide detailed information on security levels in "Properties" or "Document Information" from the browser's menu bar. If a password is used to help protect your accounts and personal information, it is your responsibility to keep your password confidential. Do not share this information with anyone. If you are sharing a computer with anyone, you should always log out before leaving a site or service to protect access to your information from subsequent users.

Discussion Forums, Blogs and Chat Rooms
If you participate in a Internal Creative discussion forum, blog or chat room, you should be aware that the information you provide there will be made broadly available to others, potentially inside or outside Internal Creative, who have access to that discussion forum or chat room. Also, please recognize that individual forums and chat rooms may have additional rules and conditions. Each participant's opinion on a forum or chat room is his or her own and should not be considered as reflecting the opinion of Internal Creative. Internal Creative reserves the right to take necessary action to preserve the forum's integrity, such as removing any posting that is vulgar or inappropriate.

A "cookie" is a name for tokens of information that our web site may provide to your browser, which are used only by our web sites while you are at those sites. Internal Creative regularly reviews its compliance with this Privacy Statement. Please feel free to contact us if you have any questions or concerns regarding this statement or Internal Creative's treatment of personal information. When we receive formal written complaints, it is Internal Creative's policy to contact the complaining user regarding his or her concerns. We will investigate and attempt to resolve complaints and disputes regarding use and disclosure of personal information in accordance with the principles contained in this policy.

Any complaint that cannot be resolved through our internal processes will be settled by arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) in accordance with its applicable commercial rules as well as the Safe Harbor Principles. In addition, the exclusive location for such arbitration shall be Salt Lake City, Utah. All decisions of the arbitration panel will be final and binding on the parties, which waive any right to further appeal the arbitration award, to the extent an appeal may be lawfully waived.
